We collect information about you when you make a restaurant or event booking (via the telephone or our website), register with us, or place an order for products or events. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys or provide feedback. This information is stored on our behalf on Resdiary, MailChimp, Tevalis and/or Stripe servers.

We collect anonymous information using non-persistent cookies via our Squarespace administration system and Google Analytics to help us improve our website.

HOW WE WILL USE THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

We collect information about you in order to plan your restaurant booking, process your order, manage your account and to contact you with regard to the promotion of our products.

Catch 22 Brasserie Ltd will not share your information for marketing purposes with third party companies.

We will only share your data with third party companies who are engaged by ourselves to manage your restaurant booking (Resdiary) process an order (Stripe) or deliver our products to you (Royal Mail) and only if we are satisfied that they too comply with data protection legislation.

HOW WILL WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION?

We only store limited personal data that you have provided to us in order to deliver the services outlined above.

We do not store any physical copies of your information at our restaurants. We do securely store some copies of your information at our head office for accounting and delivery tracking purposes. We do not save any bank or credit card details during a transaction and have no access to that information when the transaction is complete.

We will retain your information for as long as we believe it is necessary to fulfil the services we provide, manage our business or to comply with applicable law, audit requirements, regulatory requests or orders from competent courts.
