Our kitchen team work very hard to source the best possible local produce from Wales to make your dining experience the best it can be - our specials board changes daily and features fish & shellfish from fisherman around our island, as well as speciality meats sourced by our local butcher (please note menus are samples only and are subject to change).
We often have sharing dishes such as dry-aged Tomahawk rib-eye steaks or roasted whole seabass, if you would like to guarantee a sharing dish please phone ahead to check availability. As all food is made in house we are often able to change dishes to suit dietary requirements, but please be aware that all allergens are present in our kitchen.
